1. Electrophoresis
We use the electrophoresis technique. Electrophoresis is an electrophoresis coating on the cathode and anode, under the action of a voltage, the charged paint ions move to the cathode, and interact with the alkaline substances generated on the cathode surface to form insoluble matter, which is deposited on the surface of the workpiece.
Advantages of this electrophoresis:
A. The use of water-soluble paint, with water as the dissolving medium, saves a lot of organic solvents, greatly reduces air pollution and environmental hazards, is safe and hygienic and avoids the hidden danger of fire;
B. The coating efficiency is high, the coating loss is small, and the utilization rate of the coating can reach 90%~95%.
C. The thickness of the coating film is uniform, the adhesion is strong, the coating quality is good, and a uniform and smooth coating film can be obtained at all parts of the workpiece, such as inner layers, depressions, welds, etc., which solves the problem of other coating methods for complex shape workpieces. ---painting problems.
D. High production efficiency, automatic continuous production can be realized in construction, which greatly improves labor efficiency;
2. Paint Spraying
Metal surface painting is a method of protecting metal from oxidative corrosion. The corrosion phenomenon that occurs around us refers to the damage, performance degradation, or state deterioration of various materials under the action of the environment (a combination of chemical, electrochemical, and several physical factors). And spray paint on metal surfaces is a very important means of metal corrosion protection. A good spray paint coating keeps the protective layer continuous and intact, and the combination is good, and it can become a barrier to inhibit the intrusion of corrosive media.
Stainless steel spraying is substantially different from the above coloring treatment, due to the difference in materials, some spraying may damage the stainless steel surface oxide layer. But Infull Cutlery's spraying can achieve the different colors of stainless steel products with a simple process, and also can apply different spraying to change the feel of stainless steel.
3. Powder Coating
Powder coating is a new type of solvent-free 100% solid powder coating. It has the characteristics of no solvent, no pollution, saving energy and resources, reducing labor intensity, and high mechanical strength of the coating film.
The advantages of powder coating over traditional paint processes are:
a. High efficiency: due to the one-time film formation, productivity can be increased by 30-40%
b. Energy saving: reduce energy consumption by about 30%
c. Less pollution: no organic solvent volatilization (excluding toluene, xylene, and other harmful gases in paint coatings).
d. High utilization rate of coatings: up to 95% or more, and the powder can be reused many times after recycling.
e. Good film performance: the one-time film thickness can reach 50-80μm, and its comprehensive indicators such as adhesion and corrosion resistance are better than those of the painting process.
f. High yield: before curing, it can be re-sprayed twice. There are many types of powder coating processes, and the common ones are electrostatic powder spraying and dipping.
4. PVD Coating
PVD refers to the use of low-voltage, high-current arc discharge technology under vacuum conditions, using gas discharge to evaporate the target and ionize the evaporated material and gas, and using the acceleration of the electric field to make the evaporated material and its reaction. The product is deposited on the workpiece.
PVD coating technology is currently the most widely used and valuable type of surface treatment technology. Without affecting the original size of the workpiece, PVD film can be used to improve surface appearance, improve surface strength, enhance wear resistance, and It has good thermal conductivity, anti-corrosion, self-lubricating, and anti-scratch ability.
5. CNC Core Walking
We have CNC lathes for machining precision metal bar workpieces. With high precision machining accuracy, CNC machines can process precision metal parts.
Infull has more advanced CNC lathes, which we call lathes or slitting lathes. Mainly, the spindle Z moves forward and backward, and the knife can move in X and Y, which can realize three-dimensional processing and one-time forming.
Compared with the conventional CNC machining process, the outstanding advantages of composite machining are mainly reflected in the following aspects.
A.Shorten the product manufacturing process chain and improve production efficiency. Turn-milling composite machining can realize all or most of the machining processes in one loading, thus greatly shortening the product manufacturing process chain. In this way, on the one hand, the production auxiliary time caused by the change of the loading card is reduced, and at the same time, the manufacturing cycle and waiting time of the tooling and fixture are also reduced, which can significantly improve production efficiency.
B. Reduce the number of clamping and improve the machining accuracy. The reduction in the number of card loadings avoids the accumulation of errors due to positioning fiducial conversions. At the same time, most of the current turning-milling composite processing equipment has the function of online detection, which can realize the in-situ detection and precision control of key data in the manufacturing process, thereby improving the processing precision of products.
6. Laser Engraving
Laser engraving is the use of laser technology to engrave text on objects.
A. It is divided into laser cutting, laser engraving, laser marking, glass (crystal) engraving, etc.
B. The process is realized by a laser engraving machine, laser marking machine, laser cutting machine, and other equipment.
Advantages of laser engraving:
A. Wide range: CO2 laser can engrave and cut almost any non-metallic material.
B. Safe and reliable: non-contact processing will not cause mechanical extrusion or mechanical stress to the material. No "knife marks", no damage to the surface of the workpiece; no deformation of the material;
C. Precise and meticulous: the machining accuracy can reach 0.02mm;
D. Saving and environmental protection: the diameter of the beam and spot is small, generally less than 0.5mm; the cutting process saves material, and is safe and hygienic.
E. Consistent effect: ensure that the processing effect of the same batch is completely consistent.
F. High-speed and fast: high-speed engraving and cutting can be carried out immediately according to the pattern output by the computer.
G. Low cost: not limited by the number of processing, for small batch processing services, laser processing is cheaper.
