▶ Get a sample：We can send you samples,but kindly noted we will charge sample and freight fee.We can refund you the fee when you place the order.(The order amount is greater than 5,000 dollors)
▶ LOGO: To add the logo,we have lasering craft, silk screen craft, print and various craft to add the logo on the product For making customized shape,that is workable for us also You can share the PDF file with our sales to discuss that.
▶ Sample time：Samples from stock can be sent within 1-3 days. New produced samples will be sent within 5-15 days.
▶ ODM/OEM：We have development department,and could make personalized products according to your design draft or sample.If new mould is needed,then we could make new mould to produce the products to meet your requirements.
▶ Due time：For stock items, we will send goods to you within 10-15 days after receiving your payment.For customized products, the delivery time is 45-60 days after receiving your payment. That is dependent on the total quantity required.
▶ Port：All products will be shipped from China, mostly from the GuangZhou or ShenZhen ports, if you need to ship from other cities or ports, please contact us for further confirmation. And we can ship to worldwide.
▶ Payment method：Our payment term is T/T. Pay 30% deposit in advance,pay the balance before the delivery.Other payment term can be discussed.

MOQ:
1. We have MOQ for mass production. Different item with different package has different MOQ. Please contact us for more details.
2. Usually the MOQ is 300 pcs,single type, but it varies from type to type. And if the models you choose are in stock, the MOQ is flexible.
3. For bulk production, different type of our design has different MOQ requirement.
Production time:
1. We have spare parts stocks for most items. 3-7days for sample or small orders, 15-35 days for a 20ft container.
2. It takes 10-15 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
3. Small order time for stocked product is about 7days,Mass production time is 35-45days according to the order quantity.
Package：
1. We have gift boxes for you choose.If you don't like our packaging or have your own ideas,customized is welcome.
2. Normally,our package is 1 pcs into 1poly bag. We also can provide the box package and pouch bag as you need.For customized package,we should get your AI or pdf about packing design and boxes size to check.
3. Usually 1pc/pp bag, 50-100pcs into 1 bundle, 800-1000pcs into 1 carton.
