Martin Yan is best known as the host of Yan Can Cook, the popular cooking show that has aired in over 50 countries since 1978. A certified master chef, Yan has also authored 30 cookbooks and over 3,500 episodes of his show, bringing Chinese cuisine to home cooks and aspiring chefs around the world.
